Planned Activity Group (PAG) - High
Planned Activity Groups (High) are provided for the frail elderly of Chinese origin in the Cities of Boroondara, Greater Dandenong, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash and Whitehorse.
We have weekly structured activities for the frail aged at Burwood, Doncaster, Mulgrave
and Knox.
Participants will be involved in the structured programs of activities ranging from singing,
information sessions, Tai-Chi/gentle exercises, handicraft lessons, language classes,
cooking to excursions.
The aims of the activity are to enhance and maintain clients' daily living skills, prevent social isolation and offer respite and support to their carers.

Cost and Transport:-
Transport will be provided to eligible consumers. This activity is funded by the Department of Human Services, only a small amount of fee is charged for each visit.
Capacity:- 15 places for each group.

Planned Activity Group (PAG) - Core
The Planned Activity Groups (Core) are provided for the Chinese elderly in the Cities of Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash and Whitehorse.
Participants will be involved in the structured programs of activities ranging from singing,
information sessions, Tai-Chi, morning walk, gardening, handicraft lessons, language classes,
cooking to excursions.
To cater for senior citizens who are more physically independent and mentally alert. Structured activities are provided on a weekly basis at our Burwood Centre.

Volunteer Coordination
Volunteers are involved in a wide range of services from reception and clerical duties to
mini-bus driving and teaching interest classes. Orientation and training sessions are provided on an on-going basis.

Short-term accommodation is provided for those who have applied and are awaiting public housing placement.
